EXERCISE

WarriorWOD 501(c) Non-profit Organization - Exercise

Fitness undoubtedly leads to a significant decrease in symptoms of PTSD, depression, and overall quality of life.

INTERVENTION

WarriorWOD 501(c) Non-profit Organization - Intervention

Physical fitness is an intervention that is broadly accessible, low-cost and could prevent the negative connotations associated with traditional mental health treatment methods.

POSITIVE IMPACT

WarriorWOD 501(c) Non-profit Organization - Positive Impact

Exercising both physiological  and neurophysiological mechanisms within the body. Desensitizing internal cues, improving cognitive function and normalizing hypothalamic-pituitary axis functions.
